MedtoMarket offers regulatory compliant bioskills labs and event space. All services are tailored to client needs and provided based on agreed scopes of work.

3. Use of services

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete information necessary for the delivery of our services. Clients will be expected to follow all local, state and federal laws regarding cadaveric tissue usage.

4. Fees and payment

All fees will be outlined in a formal proposal or contract. Payment terms are typically 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues even after the termination of the services.

6. Liability

MedtoMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

10. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
